IMPORTANT NOTICE: We suggest that you assure yourselves of the dye fastness
of the yarn and the durability of the heat-seal by preliminary
test. There is not one generic heat-seal backing that is suitable
for all applications at the same time and temperature. The
diversity of the machinery involved in the heat-sealing
process, coupled with the wide range of materials the items are
being applied to prohibit us from bearing responsibility in the
application process. We will gladly furnish random samples at
no cost for your testing purposes.
*We carry the American flag as a stock
design, available in several different sizes. Please contact factory for more information.

Our yarn suppliers have informed us that while their
threads and films are manufactured to the highest standards
possible, they cannot be responsible for damages which may occur
in dry cleaning, washing, pressing, etc.

Size = Length + Width ÷ 2. Example: 2"+ 3"= 5 ÷ 2 = 2½".

- SHAPES & SIZES: Embroidered emblems come in many different sizes and shapes. We have over 2000 in-stock dies.
- Sizes under 1½" at the smallest dimension cannot have the traditional merrowed edge.
- Certain non-symmetrical shapes cannot have the traditional merrowed edge.
- ARTWORK NEEDED: See Artwork note on General Information page (p.36). Whether mailing, faxing, or e-mailing art, please specify colors, preferable PMS colors; we will match with closest thread.
- An art charge of $30.00 (Z) is applicable if artwork is not acceptable. Factory will notify if artwork is not workable.
- Delivery is 2½ - 3½ weeks from receipt of order with acceptable artwork.
- Preproduction sample proofs can be shipped in 5-7 working days if requested.
- Sample Charge: $60.00 (Z) rebateable on order of 150 or more.
