• Available sizes: 7 1/2" x 8 1/2" rectangle or 8" round.
• 2 thicknesses available: 2.5mm (1/8") and 4mm (3/16").
• Soft cloth material on top. Black open cell rubber base.
• No limit on the number of colors.
• No extra cost for photographic reproduction for designs supplied on disk.
• Note about colors: The nature of our imprint method can produce colors that are not always a 100% PMS match. Therefore, we send pre-production samples out on all valid mouse pad orders if time allows.
• Delivery is 3 - 7 days from sample approval.
• Pre-production sample (if needed) is available in 5-7 working days (with acceptable artwork).
• If changes are made to the sample, there will be a non-refundable charge of $200.00 (z) for up to 999 pieces or $400.00 (z) for 1000 or more pieces.
• Cancellation charge applies. The cancellation charge is based on the quantity that was originally ordered due to setups and paper costs that have incurred.
